01 / What founders tell me

Every call starts the same way.

Between 10 and 30 founders reach out every month about launching a honey brand. Different cities, different budgets — the same sentences, almost word for word.

I don’t trust any honey supplier in India.

What if my honey fails a lab test?

Everyone is selling honey — how do I stand out?

I don’t know how much stock to start with.

I’m scared of getting stuck with unsold inventory.

Sourcing, packaging, logistics — too many moving parts.

I don’t want my brand to look cheap.

I don’t know how to sell once the product is ready.

I don’t want to waste 6–8 months figuring everything out.

Heard yourself in any of those? Keep reading — every step on this page exists to cross one of them off.

You don’t need to become a honey expert. You need one in the room — accountable to you.

Anoop Narayanan · Founder

Most founders who want a honey brand know nothing about honey. That’s normal — it’s a strange industry. Purity you can’t see by looking. Variants that crystallise and get mistaken for fake. A label that needs around 12 FSSAI declarations most designers have never heard of. And a supply chain where the cheapest quote is usually the most expensive mistake.

I’ve spent 12 years inside that machinery — 700+ beekeepers across North and South India, lab tests on every batch, 28+ brands launched. Brand-in-a-Box™ puts all of it behind your label: we do the building, you make the calls, and every asset we create is yours. In 8–12 weeks you stand at launch with a brand — not just a product.

The short version
  • What this is. We build your honey brand end to end — strategy, sourcing, identity, story, storefront, compliance, launch. Every asset is yours, outright.
  • How long. 8–12 weeks from first session to launch-ready.
  • The price. ₹2,50,000 — paid once, never again.
  • The guarantee. Launch-ready in 12 weeks, or we keep working at no extra cost. In writing.
  • The next step. A ₹299 strategy call with Anoop — credited to the build if we work together.

02 / The four non-negotiables

What a honey brand needs before launch.

Take these — they’re free. Whether you build with us or on your own, a honey brand that survives its first year has all four in place before the first jar is filled.

01

Verified sourcing

Batch-level documentation, not a supplier’s word. Traceable origin and a lab report on your specific batch — before anything is filled under your name.

The trust layer
02

Positioning before packaging

Ayurvedic, premium, gifting or everyday — decided before a single label is designed. The label is the last step of positioning, not the first.

The brand layer
03

FSSAI compliance, mapped to honey

A honey label carries around 12 mandatory declarations. First-time founders routinely miss 3–4 of them and lose months. Generic food-label rules are not enough.

The legal layer
04

A launch system

A real D2C or distributor plan, with pricing and margins worked out — not “put it on Instagram and hope.” Inventory without a sales plan is just stock.

The revenue layer

That’s the what, and it’s yours to keep. The howall four built for you in 8–12 weeks, without the trial and error — is what the program is for.

03 / Who this is for

Built for three kinds of founders.

Add a product line

Ayurvedic & wellness brands

You already have an audience that trusts you. Honey is the high-margin natural product they expect from you — if the variant has real Ayurvedic use-case data and the documentation to back it. We source and document exactly that.

Add honey to your line
Start from zero

First-time FMCG founders

No factory, no sourcing network, no compliance experience — that’s fine. The program exists so you skip the 6–8 months of research and go straight to a launched, documented brand you actually understand.

Start your brand
Bulk margins

Corporate gifting & distributors

Your corporate clients will ask for lab reports — and most gifting suppliers can’t produce them. A private-label line with batch-level documentation turns that liability into your pitch.

Build a gifting line
04 / The build

What actually happens. Step by step.

Ten steps, eight to twelve weeks. You decide, we build. Here is the whole engagement, laid out — nothing happens that you can’t see on this page.

  1. The brand strategy session

You and Anoop, one on one. Positioning — Ayurvedic, premium, gifting or everyday. Pricing logic. Which variants earn a place in your first run. Nothing is designed and nothing is ordered before this is locked.

You walk away with · a brand decided on paper
  2. Sourcing & sampling

We select your honey from the network we’ve spent 12 years building — 700+ beekeepers across North and South India — matched to your positioning, traceable to source. Samples are couriered to you. You taste. You approve. Then we commit the batch.

You walk away with · a batch you chose and approved
  3. The beekeeper visit

Then we take you to the source. Stand at the boxes. Meet the people who keep them. See exactly where your honey comes from. Most honey sellers can’t name the apiary their stock came from — you’ll have stood in yours.

You walk away with · a story no competitor can copy
  4. Lab testing, in your name

Your batch goes for independent lab testing before a single bottle is filled. The report is handed to you — your file, your proof, your answer to the first question every serious buyer in India asks: can you prove it’s pure?

You walk away with · proof your buyers can check
  5. Name, logo & label

Your brand identity, built around the positioning you locked in step one — a name if you need one, your logo, and a label designed FSSAI-aware from the first draft. What looks premium on the shelf is also legal on the shelf.

You walk away with · an identity you own outright
  6. Your brand story

We write it with you — why you, why this honey, why now. Not agency copy. Your words, shaped. It goes on your label, your website, your pitch, your first interview.

You walk away with · words that sound like you
  7. Your launch website & catalog

A one-page storefront, built and put live for your brand — your story, your catalog, your lab report published for any buyer to check, and orders coming straight to your WhatsApp. Plus studio shots of your actual jars and a starter set of social creatives. Your domain, your files, yours outright.

You walk away with · a storefront taking orders from day one
  8. Compliance & FSSAI

The label declarations, the nutritional information, the batch documentation, the FSSAI work — handled. This is the paperwork that delays most launches by months. You won’t see the delay. You’ll see the file.

You walk away with · a product that’s legal on any shelf in India
  9. Production

Your first run is filled, capped, sealed and QC-checked against the sample you approved — your honey, your label, your name on every bottle, with the batch documentation your lab report covers. Nothing goes out that doesn’t match what you signed off.

You walk away with · a product that matches the sample you approved
  10. The launch session

D2C or distributors? At what price, at what margin? Who are your first 100 customers, and how do you reach them? We plan the launch with you — so your first batch starts moving from day one.

You walk away with · a plan, not just stock
05 / What you own when it’s done

Every asset, yours outright.

When the build ends, this is what sits with you — files, reports and access. Nothing rented, nothing held back, nothing we keep.

01

A brand plan, in writing

Positioning, pricing logic, variant and SKU plan — the decisions that make everything else make sense, locked before a rupee goes to production.

Doing it alone Most founders skip straight to label design — and reverse-engineer a strategy after the stock arrives.

02

Your name, logo & label files

A complete identity, FSSAI-aware from the first draft. The source files are handed over — yours to print, scale and reuse forever.

Doing it alone Freelance brand identity runs ₹25,000–₹80,000 — and FSSAI-compliant labels are separate expertise.

03

Your brand story

The founding narrative, written with you — for your label, your website, your pitch, your press.

Doing it alone “100% pure and natural” is what every other honey label already says.

04

A launch website, live

A one-page storefront with your story, your catalog, your published lab report and a WhatsApp order button — plus studio shots of your jars and social-ready creatives.

Doing it alone A brand site alone runs ₹50,000–₹1.5L at agency rates — and most first launches have nowhere to send a buyer.

05

Lab reports in your name

Independent testing on your batch, the report in your file — the first thing serious buyers ask for.

Doing it alone ₹8,000–₹15,000 per test at lab rates. Most first-time founders skip it entirely.

06

FSSAI & compliance documentation

Label declarations, nutritional information, batch documentation — the file that lets your product sit legally on any shelf in India.

Doing it alone A non-compliant label means your product cannot legally be sold. Many find out after printing.

07

Sourcing access

The verified beekeeper network behind your batch stays open to you — every reorder traceable, tested, documented.

Doing it alone 3–6 months of supplier research, 5–10 sample rounds, no authenticity guarantee.

08

A launch plan

Channel strategy, pricing and margins, first-100-customers roadmap — agreed in the launch session, written down.

Doing it alone Most founders launch without one, undercut their own margins, and stall before the second order.

One price. In writing.

₹2,50,000

Paid once, never again. It builds the brand end to end — sourcing, identity, story, storefront, compliance, launch plan. No hidden costs.

Attempted alone ₹3–4L+ · 4–6 months
Brand-in-a-Box™ ₹2.5L · 8–12 weeks

You don’t have to begin with the full amount — how you start is mapped on the call. And if we build together, your ₹299 call fee comes off the build.

The ₹2,50,000 is never collected on this page — the only thing you book today is the ₹299 call.

06 / The simple mathematics

₹2,50,000 ÷ bottles of honey… Stop. That’s the wrong equation.

If you price this like a stock purchase — rupees per bottle — you’re measuring the wrong thing. This was never a production order.

What the ₹2.5 lakh builds is everything a bottle can’t hold: your positioning, your name and logo, your story, your launch website, your product photography, your lab reports, your compliance file, your sourcing access, your launch plan. A brand. Built once. Owned by you.

And the fee never repeats. Every batch after the build is just production — honey and packaging, at rates mapped on your call. The margin on every bottle you ever sell is yours.

So the honest equation is this: ₹2.5 lakh ÷ one brand, for as long as you run it.

A batch of stock Spent the day it sells — bought again on every reorder.
The ₹2,50,000 The brand — built for you, owned by you, working for every batch.

Want this build mapped to your brand idea?

The guarantee

Launch-ready in 12 weeks — brand built, bottles in hand — or we keep working at no extra cost until you are.

That’s the agreement before any payment, in writing. And because launch day isn’t the finish line: if you don’t feel confident selling after launch, Anoop personally guides you until your first sale.

Why is the call paid? Because ₹299 separates the curious from the committed — Anoop’s time goes to founders who are ready to build. And the fee isn’t really spent: if we build together, the ₹299 comes off your program. You keep the notes either way, whether we build or not.

09 / Before you book

Fair questions, straight answers.

What does the ₹299 actually get me?

Thirty structured minutes with Anoop — where you stand, who your real buyer is, which varietal fits your positioning, and what a launch actually costs. You keep the plan either way, whether we build together or not. And if we do build together, the ₹299 comes off your build.

Is ₹2,50,000 the full cost, or are there charges I’ll discover later?

₹2,50,000 is the brand build — it’s printed on this page because we hide nothing. A few choices carry their own price tags: an NMR purity test, a state-level license, fully custom packaging. If any of them apply to your brand, they’re flagged on the call — before you commit a rupee.

What if the build takes longer than 12 weeks?

Then we keep working at no extra cost until you’re launch-ready. That’s the guarantee, and it’s in writing. Most builds land between week 8 and week 12 — the exact clock for your brand is mapped on the call.

I don’t have a name, a label, or any honey-industry knowledge. Too early to book?

No — that’s exactly who this was built for. Surbhi came to us with curiosity and a hundred questions; she launched Nectaroma. The call meets you wherever you are. A name on a notebook page is enough. The feeling that it’s time is enough.

What if I can’t make the call — can I change the date or time?

Yes. Your booking confirmation includes a reschedule link — move the call to a slot that works, and your ₹299 moves with it. Nothing is lost for being busy.

Can I just WhatsApp my questions instead of booking?

For quick questions, absolutely — the button is right there. But the plan itself — your varietal, your pricing, your launch path — only gets built in the structured thirty minutes. WhatsApp answers a question. The call answers your brand.

Will I be pushed to sign up on the call?

No. The call ends with a plan, not a corner. If Brand-in-a-Box™ fits, you’ll know it yourself by minute twenty. If you should do something else first, Anoop tells you that directly — and you walk away with the notes either way.
