What we collect, how we use it, and your rights — written to align with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Who controls your data
Global Joby Ventures is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this site, registered at B 2003, LN Mishra Marg, Sector 1, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201318, India. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
2. What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, WhatsApp/phone number, email, company and the details of your enquiry, when you use the quote builder, message us on WhatsApp, book a call, or email us.
- Quote-builder selections — the varietals/formats/volumes you configure are stored only in your own browser (local storage) so you don’t lose your work. They are not sent to us unless you choose to send your range or book a call.
- We do not collect payment-card details on this site.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookie-free, aggregated measurement service that does not collect personal identifiers or track you across websites.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, fulfil and support orders, and communicate with you about your project. We process this data on the basis of your consent and to take steps at your request.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), TidyCal (call bookings), our website host/CDN, and email providers — and only as needed for those services, plus where required by law. Our current processors: Cloudflare (website hosting, CDN & security), Brevo (email notifications), TidyCal (call scheduling), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging when you contact us on WhatsApp), and Razorpay (payment processing, once online payments go live).
5. Cookies & local storage
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage to remember your quote selections on your device. Embedded third-party services (Google Fonts, TidyCal, WhatsApp) may set their own cookies when used — please see their privacy policies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Tax and accounting records are retained for up to 8 years as required under GST and income-tax law; enquiry and marketing data is deleted or anonymised on request.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us (below).
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This is a B2B site not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside India. Where they do, we take steps to ensure appropriate protection. Our hosting/CDN (Cloudflare) and email provider (Brevo) operate global infrastructure, so some data is processed outside India. The DPDP Act, 2023 permits such transfers except to countries restricted by the Central Government, and we engage only providers with recognised data-protection safeguards.
